1. Introduction

Welcome to MyOwnSmurf.com. By accessing or using our domain MyOwnSmurf, you agree to these Terms of Service as they apply to corporate tax planning and compliance services, digital educational products, and physical goods offered by MyOwnSmurf.

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you engage with any service, purchase a digital product, or order a physical good from MyOwnSmurf, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Services Offered

3.1 Professional Services

MyOwnSmurf provides advisory and filing coordination related to organization-level obligations and reporting. Services are delivered via scheduled consultations and document review.

3.2 Digital Products

Infoproducts include downloadable guides, templates, and webinars focused on compliance best practices.

3.3 Physical Goods

Printed books, workbooks, and branded resources shipped to your address.

4. Fees and Billing

All fees are displayed in Canadian dollars. Charges are invoiced upon engagement for services, at checkout for digital products, and at the time of shipment for physical goods. By providing payment details, you authorize MyOwnSmurf to charge the full amount due.

5. Refund Policy

MyOwnSmurf is committed to client satisfaction. The following outlines refund eligibility by offering type. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

5.1 Professional Services

- Cancellation within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund of fees minus a $50 administrative fee.
- After service commencement (after first consultation or document review): No refund on fees already earned, but any unused portion may be applied as credit toward future services within 180 days. Credits are non-transferable beyond this period.

5.2 Digital Products

- Requests made within 14 days of download, provided less than 20% of content has been accessed, qualify for a full refund.
- After 14 days or if more than 20% of content is accessed: No refund. Access may be transferred once to another individual at no extra fee, upon request via our contact form.

5.3 Physical Goods

- Unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund, less original shipping charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Custom or personalized items: No refunds due to unique production requirements. Exchanges for defect-free items may be arranged.

6. Service Transfer and Credits

When refunds are not permitted, you may request transfer of service scope or credit notes toward other offerings. All such requests must be submitted via our contact form and approved within 60 days of the original transaction.

7. No-Refund Justification

Certain services and custom goods involve dedicated resource allocation and non-reusable deliverables. Once work has commenced or a personalized item has been produced, these materials cannot be repurposed for other clients, thus a refund is not feasible.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyOwnSmurf’s total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant offering. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
